Rebecca Pate, SRA, AI-RRS is a veteran to the Real Estate Industry. She has been a full time appraiser since 1986 having practiced in Texas, Arkansas and Florida. Certified in 1991 during the first round of State Licensing, she also holds an SRA and AI-RRS designation from the Appraisal Institute. She has proudly served her professional association as a state chapter board member, Candidate Guidance Chair, Admissions Chair, Chapter President, Regional Director and Regional Minority Outreach Committee Chair. During her professional tenure, she has held realtors licenses in Arkansas and Texas, Appraisal Certifications now in Florida, Insurance license and a Mortgage Loan Officers License.
She was appointed to the Review Rules Taskforce in 2013 by the Florida Appraisal Board to assist in the Review Rules writing project. She specializes in simple to complex residential property appraisals, non-complex commercial property appraisal and appraisal review.
She received her Home Watch Training graduating in 2017 and is a proud member of the International Home Watch Alliance. After Graduating, founding HomePoint Property Watch & Concierge Services, with her husband Eric.
Ms. Pate has also been very active within her community as a volunteer, an advocate and organizer for the rights of children and victims of domestic violence. A spokesperson for The National Coalition against Domestic Violence and CASA-Court Appointed Special Advocates, Rebecca has donated countless hours tirelessly speaking out on behalf of those in need of a voice. She founded the HELP! Foundation in 2002, and wrote a workbook and seminar called HELP! Healing Emotionally; Living Productively to aid victims in the healing process.
She has receive several awards for her community services including four gubernatorial proclamations, an entry into the 2003 Congressional Record, numerous endorsements and was awarded the Faith and Courage Award in 2004 for changing her one small voice into a megaphone for victim rights and family protection while serving as Mrs. Arkansas International 2003. Ms. Pate hosted an internet radio program from 2003-2006 called “Success Stories” featuring stories of overcoming and success through Christ, as well as, interviewing numerous “Celebrity” ministers on her show broadcasting to 144 countries. She has had the privilege to travel the Southeast United States speaking at ministry conferences, being a guest interviewee on both radio and television shows and many appearing at women’s events and prisons, telling her own story of overcoming and victory through Christ.

In 2016 Ms. Pate received her Ordained Minister credential from International Congress of Ministers and Churches. She also became a Certified Grant writer in 2016. In 2017, Ms. Pate received an Honorary Doctorate from Trinity Theological Seminary of Pompano Beach, FL in Ministry.
